Hero Skill - Stay away from "that girl"
Sends out an exploding heart that deals Dream ☆ Damage to enemies in an area multiple times. Has to be aimed but lands at a decent distance from the caster. If she is using Hero Ability, the HS will pull nearby enemies towards the HS area. There will be a flashing red/blue colour outside the explosion, indicating which team's Ruruka has used the HS.

Whenever Ririka is killed, Ruruka goes into a Dream ☆ Power-up state for a short period of time, (the period of time when Ririka has not respawned yet). This increases her movement speed, attack, defense and Hero Skill damage, as well as turning her model dark and changing her appeal and Hero Skill animations. This state lasts for around 6 seconds and can be triggered by the death of either an allied or an enemy Ririka. If the game ends while Ruruka is in this state, and she gets Best Player, Ruruka's best player animation will change.
Hero Action - Wand Strike & Guard Break / Dream☆Zukyuun
Ruruka holds her wand above her head, expanding it to a great size before slamming it down in front of her. This action damages enemies in front of Ruruka and breaks their guards.

- Ruruka is the second card-based character to be turned into a playable hero. The first being Son Yuriev.
- The 'Dream Magical Black Hole' that appears in one of Ruruka's home tap reaction attracts many things including Marcos'55's stick.
- Most of Ruruka's quotes are based on Ririka's.
- Her Hero Action name, 'Dream☆Zukyuun' is a counterpart to Ririka's 'Dream☆Bakyuun', as both 'zukyuun' and 'bakyuun' are Japanese onomatopoeic terms referring to gunfire.
- If the player changes selected hero from Ruruka to Ririka and opens the home tab, a special animation occurs.
- Ruruka has a special MVP motion. It can be triggered if she was in the Dream ☆ Power-up state when the match ends.
