Hero Skill - Secret Order (δ)
Reiya summons 'himself' that chases nearest enemy. When it touches the target it explodes and creates an area that damages and stuns enemies. Stun effect ignores Guard cards and Ky Kiske's Hero Ability.
Hero Ability - Mystic Arts (Δ)
Reiya gets covered by plasma whenever he uses his Hero Action. When enemy collides with Reiya with plasma, they will get stunned for 3.5 seconds and the plasma disappears for 3.5 seconds. This ignores Ky Kiske's Hero Ability.
Hero Action - Dash / Dash Attack (D)
Reiya's Action enables him to run faster as well as activating his Hero Ability.

- Reiya was teased by tweeting corrupted messages with #compass08 hashtag on official Twitter and deleting them in 8 minutes.
- There is a strong resemblance between Reiya and Okabe Rintaro, a collaboration hero who was released 1 month earlier than Reiya, as:
- Their personalities are a kind of Chuunibyo.
- They both travel between parallel worlds. Also, both use the 'world line' subject.
- They both end their message with certain word; 1st, 2nd, and 4th #compass08 tweets were ending with 'MMM?', the name of Reiya's secret society. Whenever Okabe hangs up his phone, he says 'El Psy Kongroo' as the countersign.
- According to his trailer, 'MMM' is an abbreviation of 'Mystic Mirage Messengers', 'Mission: Metropolis Management' or 'Mortal & Mutant bioMaterial'.
- The prefix for his cards name, '夜光犯罪特区', translates to 'Noctilucent Crime Municipality', but this may be a reference to the real life location with the same name.
