A diabolical young lieutenant, second-in-command of the Spider-Sew clan.
He's fond of a young lady, but he's so perverted that she's a little creeped out.
Appearance[]
Rinne is a tall, slender man with spiky, asymmetrical black hair and light gray eyes. He wears a formal suit with the jacket hanging off of his shoulders. He has tinted glasses, asymmetrical earrings, three rings, a watch, and a linked collar pin. His belt chain has three small amigurumi and another peeks out of his vest pocket.
As a member of the Spider Sew Clan, Rinne has a spider web tattoo. It is located on his right temple and extends into his shaved hair. He also has a dragon-like tattoo around his left calf, pectoral tattoos, and presumably a full back tattoo. Although these are not usually visible, they are part of his original design and not from a variation or collab outfit[2]. Despite being a sadistic and perverted yakuza, certain Buddhist motifs can be found in his design.
Rinne is almost always smirking cockily. He leans slightly backwards while idle on the home screen, and runs with his arms out behind him. During his Hero Skill, his eyes glow red, much like in his Poisonous Loneliness appearance.

Hero Skill - Puppet Master's Manipulation Technique Ж Puppet Mine
Rinne places nine handmade amigurumi puppet mines around himself. These explode on contact with the enemy, dealing high damage and blowing them away. If a mine is not touched for about 30.5 seconds, it will automatically detonate.

Instead of placing down Trap cards regularly, Rinne throws them 7 squares in front of himself. All trap cards used by him have increased power (1.4x), 10% shorter cooldowns, and no card activation time.
Hero Action - Pulling attack at a specified distance / Puppet Master's Manipulation Technique Ж Binding Attack
Rinne summons a circle on the ground that weakly pulls in and damages enemies in a 2.5 square radius in front of him. This effect deals 3 hits of about 0.48x damage. It ignores physical obstacles and elevation differences and does not knock enemies down.

Trivia[]
- Rinne hates "lizards that openly blend with the Spider-Sew Clan". He has an intense rivalry with Chigiri Tokage, the personal advisor of the clan that both men work in. As seen in one of Rinne's UR cards, Tokage has a lizard tattoo.
- When weakened, one of Rinne's voice lines is "薄汚い蜥蜴の仕業ですか" (Is this the work of that filthy lizard?)
- One of his rank demotion lines is "こそこそと潜んだ蜥蜴が悪さをしていますねえ。これだから奴は嫌いです" (The lizard is sneaking around and doing bad things, isn't he? This is why I don't like him.)
- Chigiri is the deuteragonist in Rinne's light novel, The Discord Between Spider and Lizard, where his connections to lizards are expanded upon.
- Rinne is the third hero who is prominently featured with a plushie, the first two being Coquelicot's "Teddyrabie" and Delmin's "Onigirikumaman"
- His favorite plushie is named Usatarou and Rinne makes him "talk" during his MVP animation. His appearance also changes with Rinne's costume.
- The names of some of his other amigurumi are Usakichi, Pyonsuke, Marujirou, (the three on his belt chain), Usasuke-san, and Usakaku-san.
- Right before Rinne’s release, it was possible to find a gigantic Usatarou at the public lounges.
- At the end of his video teaser and official Twitter post, Rinne has an own descriptive tag which is #黒髪スーツメガネで独占欲が強い天然人懐っこい変態であみぐるみ作りが趣味の極悪非道の若頭 and it can be translated as "#A black-haired, suited, glasses-wearing, possessive, naturally friendly, diabolical pervert young lieutenant whose hobby is making amigurumi dolls"
- Rinne's given name, 輪廻, translates directly to "Reincarnation."
