Hero Skill - Rain of Heavenly Blows
Istaqa fires a volley of arrows at a far distance, locking on to enemies and dealing large damage. The attack has nearly infinite range and hits five times. It deals 2.2x Istaqa's base attack damage, and an extra 5x damage (11x base total) to an enemy locked-on with his Hero Action. Although Guard cards will reduce the damage, enemies using their Hero Skill, 100% Guards, and Counter cards will not be damaged. Enemies on the spawn platform and Kiryuin Kirara using her Hero Ability cannot be targeted.
Hero Ability - Meaning of the Hunt
Istaqa deals more damage to enemies who are locked-on by his Hero Action. Normal attacks, cards, and his HS will all be stronger against the enemy. When Istaqa uses his normal attack against an enemy, Mapiya will attack them as well, causing high damage. Mapiya's assist will not be affected by Aoharu Alice's Hero Action. If Istaqa dies while his Ability is active, it will unlock and reset.
Hero Action - Target Lock On / Buddy Strike
Istaqa sends out his eagle, Mapiya, to attack a single enemy. There is no range limit. Attack status buffs, such as Strength cards and some heroes' Hero Skills/Actions/Abilities, do not change Mapiya's attack. Enemies' Weaken cards and Coquelicot Blanche's Hero Skill/Ability do not apply either. Enemies on the spawn platform and Kiryuin Kirara using her Hero Ability cannot be targeted.
