Dizzy stuns all enemies in the entire arena. Guard Cards and Ky's Hero Ability cannot negate this. Enemies using their Hero Skill or are on the spawn platform cannot be stunned. Miku can remove stun effect with her HS.

Dizzy captures enemies' Portal Key faster than other Heroes.
Hero Action - Base Expansion Rate Up
Dizzy expands the Portal Area faster than normal and heals herself.

- Sol and Dizzy were the first heroes which were added in game with update, and the first collaboration heroes.
- Dizzy is the third hero to have 0.50 Health stat, following Coquelicot Blanche and Nekomiya Hinata (However, Hinata's health is now buffed to 0.55).
